Saturday, April 23, 2005 Boyfriends: to have or not to have? Like I have a choice.
Last night I slept over the Riveras' house. I was watching TV on Tito and Tita's bed while Kuya AJ finished half of his report (which was due today... he's soooo responsible).
And then, he asks me why I don't have a boyfriend yet. So I said, "WEEEELL... I'm not allowed to have one. And I don't want one anyway." He didn't get it. He kept on going on and on and on about me dying an old maid. Hello?! I'm only seventeen years old!!! I'm young! I'm proud to be single, it means I don't need anyone else to 'complete' me. And then I said I had really high standards anyway - the guy has to be cute, nice, and smart. Kuya's was like, "You should get the first person who comes your way." Even though he's super ugly? Or stupid? Or mean?
I really don't understand the way guys think. Maybe Kuya AJ is the only person who thinks like that anyway. It's really messed up anyway.
Teeehee. I love Rob and Elliot.
